Please complete the Beus Center for Law and Society Event Request Form and submit it at least 30 days before your desired event date. Scheduling priority will be given to BCLS and its building occupants. External events can only be booked up to five months in advance for the Fall and Spring semesters.
Services
Onsite event management
ASU Law offers a full range of event services, as well as, onsite Event Coordinators that are available to assist with needs to ensure event success. Event Coordinators are experienced at planning and managing a wide range of activities and can help navigate through building issues, fire and safety guidelines, permitting, power sources, and provide assistance with lighting, computers and more.
Facilities and rates
The BCLS boasts multiple lecture hall spaces, conference rooms, a multipurpose conference space and a large, public lecture space. All spaces are subject to availability and rates vary. Please contact us at law.events@asu.edu for an event quote.

Event equipment
Audio/Visual
Please coordinate with your event coordinator for any specific audio/visual (AV) needs. Basic AV, such as microphones, screens, projectors, and a teaching station, is included in your room rental fee. However, BCLS does not offer video recording or live streaming for ASU-affiliated or third-party events.
If your AV needs exceed the basic capacity of the booked room, third-party AV suppliers may be used at the hosting organization’s expense. BCLS does not provide extension cords or power strips. Any additional equipment required can be rented through an external vendor.
